职位描述：
?Part of the China management team in directing the company in achieving the budgetary targets and business plan objectives by developing product, marketing, service strategies.
? Establish targets in areas such as product mix, market share, customer service, alliance and service etc and monitor the performance against the goals.
? Responsible for relevant policies, business flow and activities review to better responds to customer and business requirements by integrating internal resources.
? Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
? Lead, direct, evaluate and develop Business Management team to achieve targeted goals.

学历及技能
? Bachelor and above degree with Mechanical and equivalent major. MBA education is a plus.
? At least 5 years’ experience in managerial position. Experience in Operations and Product Management functions is preferred.
? Strong business acumen to support Sales activities.
? Excellent communication skills with the agility to convince both internal and external parties to accept effective working flows.
? Have had experience in extensively analysing complex issues and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques in resolving these issues.
? Sound people management skills.
? SAP Know-how .
? English is the working language.
