Job description
?Drive the new product introduction process in operation
?Answer product related technical questions from customer or sales by email or telephone
?Cooperate with over-sea colleagues on new product cases through email or telephone
?Represent operation in front of sales and customer
?PPAP documentation and coordination
?Engineering sheets (Design specifications) sign off with sales or customers
?Other tasks assigned by immediate manager

Qualifications and Work Experience
?With mechanical education background, or other scientific/engineering/technical background
?4 years of similar engineering/product modification experience
?Manufacturing process related bacground is prefered
?Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin
?Good sense of quality and details oriented
?Strong analytical capability on product's analysis
?Good team player
