职位描述：
1.Understand engine design procedures, including the following parts:
Crankshaft
Camshaft
Piston and piston rings
Connection rod
Valve train
Cylinder head/ bore/liner
2.Familiar with engine manufacturing
Material
Heat treatment
Production method
3.Manage engine failure and root cause analysis
Trouble shoot engine failures and find out root causes
Develop a procedure/solution to avoid further engine failures
Work with quality engineer to witness, audit engines and identify engine failures
Work with producing engine or machine factory to satisfy engine qualities.

Candidate with the following experience is desirable:
1.Familiar with engine performance and emissions
Assure suppliers are aware of and understand engine test regulations
Assess impact of those changes on bsfc, heat rejection, torque response, etc
Assist suppliers in developing the optimal cost-effective solution with acceptable impact to bsfc, heat rejection, torque response, etc
2.Familiar with engine related regulations

职位要求：
Required Education and Experience
? Must have at least a BS degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
? Must have at least 5 years of diesel engine industry experience as design or development engineer.
? Must communicate in Mandarin Chinese with expert level proficiency
? Must have excellent written language skill in English as evidenced by standard English Proficiency tests.

Additional Qualifications
? Prefer advanced degree with engine major.
? Experience working with engine test, system design, failure mode analysis and engine production techniques.
