Quality Systems
Set up, maintain and drive the quality management system improvement
according to ISO9000 requirement
Organize and implement the internal audit and management review; follow up
the corrective actions
Organize and coordinate related departments to make the quality management
system documents according to the document developing plan
Organize and Conduct quality management system training
Coordinate the external audit
Organize the product and process audit
Drive the ISO9000 certification and continuous improvement

Boom Fabrication and Painting Quality
Set up welded tube inspection plan, inspection standard and inspection
procedure
Set up painting finished product inspection plan
Set up in process quality control in boom fabrication and printing line
Drive the quality, yield issue and continuous improvement through boom
fabrication to boom assembly line
Coordinate the fabrication fixture and tooling calibration

Specific skill required:
Bachelor degree in engineering
3 years above QMS experiences
understand the ISO9000 system/ TS16949 system knowledge preferred
Internal auditor certification / external preferred
familiar with welding or painting process
High responsibility, team work,high executive power
Good communication skill
CET-6 preferred
6-sigma green belt preferred
