美资企业 Automation Engineer- SFM
Responsible for building automation, fire alarm, security system, CCTV, control system for the cover area by share service。


OVERVIEW :
？ Generates automation systems Maintenance Processes, using Computer Aided Engineering Tools.
？ Interacts with units in TEDA site, developing Preventive Maintenance solutions for various automation system and control system related site facility.
？ Master on SAP PM Module to establish the PM/task list/equipment master, monitoring the PMP generation by the system, tracking the work order status.
Report with suggestion to the facility manager with pending issues, improving the PM practice.
？ Develops Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) documentation and work instruction aids as part of the overall workflow.
？ Team Participant to resolve Safety, Quality, Ergonomic, and Cost concerns.
？ To be well backup for all task in maintenance team.

MAJOR DUTIES :
? Response the urgent repair call among of TEDA site.
? Create the work orders for urgent repair send to the maintenance supervisor.
? Inspect the work done upon the assigned work orders.
? Close the work order at lease in week of the WO created.
? Settle the WOs monthly to have WOs completion.
? Creation and Maintenance of Documentation in support of all units in TEDA to insure that all Maintenance issues are addressed.
o Establish the master data template for the responsible area.
o Establish the master PM/PDMs for the responsible function/area.
o Update and maintains the master plan of the template.
o Spare parts plan within the life cycle of the facilities equipment.
? High level on problem diagnose and trouble-shooting on the machine and equipment.
? Specifies required Maintenance tools required to support the Maintenance Operations, interacting with other departments.
? Develop TPM Control plans, working with the team members in SFM in a collaborative Team environment.
? Act in support of Deere Production System, with emphasis on TPM, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Mistake Proofing, and Continuous Improvement activities.
? Active Team participant in developing Continuous Improvement Programs.
? Maintains and provides data in support of Budget development and control.
? Initiates Maintenance activities in maintaining electrical supply availability.
? Trains others in the units operation on automation systems.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
？ Background in Electrical Engineering Disciplines - Has a above average working knowledge of the principles and uses the knowledge, independently, or as part of a Team.
？ Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, and ladder logic. - Has an above average working knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
？ Knowledge of standard Maintenance tools such as Infrared, Vibration, Noise signature tools and basic Statistics. - Has a working knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
？ Knowledge of Manufacturing Machines, equipment, Total Preventative Maintenance and Facilities. - Has an above average working knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.
？ Knowledge of Engineering systems, Tools and Databases. - Has a working knowledge of the principles, and applies them in their daily activities.

EDUCATION :
Degree in an Technology discipline, or 10 years experience in lieu of degree
Related Functional Experience. - 5-10 years.
Ladder diagnostic Experience. – 3-5 years.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Bi-Lingual –good spoken and written in Chinese , command English spoken and full understand manuals of machine & equipment in English


RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCES :
ANY COMBINATION OF, IN ADDITION TO EDUCATION
“Hands ON” Maintenance – 5 years plus – minimum 3 years with CNC Machines with Fanuc Controls.
General Electrical work experience. - 3-5 years.
Technical relating to diagnostics of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic - 1–3 years.
Experience with Maintenance Engineering tools, systems and databases. - 1-3 years.
Experience in use of Statistical tools & Techniques for Maintenance - 1-3 years.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Ability to work in a Team Environment.
Continuing Education desires.
Strong Work Ethic.
