美资企业焊接喷涂生产主管

Qualification

- at least 3 years industrial fabrication experience in JIT environment
- knowledge of fabrication process, including drawing, fixtures, dimension check
- skilled in daily production management and control
- Skilled in team member training and managing
- Welding and fabrication engineering background will be plus
- Exposure to 6S management and driving continuous improvement in fabrication process.
- Team player, good at coordinating with cross function to achieve goals
- Bachelor degree and above
- Fluent English, both speaking and writing

Responsibilities

- Responsible for boom fabrication process safety, quality, productivity and cost control
- Supervision of boom fabrication team member performance
- As process owner, responsible for boom fabrication KPI, ensure OTD, scrap and WIP level under control
- Participate in boom fabrication process improvement
- Work with IE and MRO keeper to monitor welding supplies to assure proper stock level
- Work with material team to ensure material flow in boom fabrication
- Report equipment and utilities shut down and work with maintenance team to keep system running well
- Train team members on performance improvement and related skill, lead the team improve in process quality control level
- Participate in continuous improvement and 6S principles
- Other duties as assigned
