Drive and coordinate all activity related production, engineering and quality in R&D project.
Job description
? Drive and coordinate all activity of production, quality and engineering in R&D project
? Make and keep track the project plan for the supply chain side
? Drive for the manufacturing cost target in R&D project
? Cooperate with purchasing for the SC
? Cooperate with purchasing for the equipment and fixture plan
? Drive the workshop for FMEA, Control plan and so on
? Drive for the product sample making
? Leader the M5 hand over list
? Drive the project risk management for supply chain side
? Lead for the project lessons from supply chain side
Qualifications and Work Experience
? Master degree, majoring in welding, Material, Mechanical or similar area
? >= 8 years working experience in related area with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience
? Systematic methodology on problem solving, experiment setup and decision analysis
? Project management experience
? Design toolbox knowledge - FMEA, Design for 6sigma, QFD, DoE & etc
? TS toolbox knowledge – PPAP, APQP
? Lean production knowledge
? Open mind and innovative
? Good interactive communication and collaboration skill
? Good comprehensive English – Read / Write / Oral / Listening, CET6 or equivalent level preferred
