FEA Engineer

General Job Description
Co-operate with global R&D team to run calculations according to local/global internal customer's request and provide report.
Calculation run base on existing procedures.
Co-operate with global/local pro E engineers on 3D modeling.

Typical Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal customers(including tech, load and deliver time)
Use FEA tools to run calculation with hypothesis to support global R&D projects, including PE/ PD/AE and provide a report. The calculation includes build Pro E models, mesh, boundary condition, calculation, post-processing and release analysis report etc, familiar with mechanisms and to be able to define boundary condition properly.
Calculation run base on existing procedures. And acquire new calculation method given by AE.
Maintain/ Build database of results.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Master degree or above, major in Mechanics or closely related subjects. Good knowledge of Mechanics theories.
Good working experience with FEA tool ANSYS, and 5+years experience with problem solving using these tools preferred.
Experience on Pro E modelling preferred.
Ability and desire to simplify theories to practical application. Ability to apply structured problem solving skill to optimize product and develop process solutions.
Ability to communicate globally and build networks with sensitivity of cultural differences.
Ability to work independently.
Good written and oral English.
