Mechanical Design Engineer---商用压缩机机械研发工程师

职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
Development　of　Commercial　Hermetic　Scroll　compressors　for　Refrigeration　and　Air　Conditioning　applications.　
Design　and　develop　new　compressor　models　or　modify　current　production　compressors,　taking　into　account　timing,　cost,　manufacturability,　efficiency,　sound,　vibrations　and　reliability　requirements,　standards,　competitions,　marketing　specifications　etc.　
Closely　work　with　manufacturing,　quality,　and　other　part　of　the　organization　in　all　project　phases　including　design/development　and　production　implementation,　etc.　
Develop　prototypes　and　test　concepts　to　evaluate　feasibility　of　solution　chosen　
Use　instrumentation　in　compressor　development　testing　(T/C’s,　basic　pressure　transducers,　prox　sensors,　accelerometers,　high　speed　pressure　measurement,　strain　gages,　etc.)　
Perform　competitive　analysis　of　compressors　from　other　manufacturers　to　gather　design　and　cost　information　

　职位要求(Job Requirements)：
You　must　have　a　Mechanical　Engineer/Master　
0-3　years　of　experience　in　design　of　rotating　machines　
Preferred　work　experience　in　compressors　or　other　types　of　machinery/appliances　product　development　to　solve　reliability,　performance,　sound,　and　manufacturing　related　issues　
Familiar　with　drawing　tolerancing　
PhD(mechanical)　is　a　plus　
Knowledge　in　thermodynamics　is　a　plus　
English　TOEIC　-　850　pts　minimum　
Teamwork,　leadership,　curious,　takes　responsibility,　etc

Creative　and　assertive　while　making　proposals　and　discussing　decisions　
Practical　and　creative　in　problem　solving
