Typical Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Manage local supplier base to meet KPI in savings, quality, logistic, contractual compliance etc
Implement divisional/factory strategy (in full compliance with global strategy & supply chain needs) and divisional responsible for execution
Take full ownership of local supplier to achieve excellence according to Danfoss requirement.
Participate in cross-functions project team to deliver output in requested to suppliers
Support global operation of Supply Chain by supplier responsible for local supplier

Requirements and Qualifications 任职资格和要求:
Minimum requirements to educational background
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Minimum requirements to working experience
Minimum 8 years of procurement related experience from a manufacturing industry environment
Any other desired requirements to personal or working experience (optional)
Strong negotiation skills
Good analytic and systematic skills
English at negotiation level
Essential personal characteristics
Good at accept change and make situational approach
Rational diplomatic skills
Quick learner.
Good and efficient communicator
