Responsibilities:
Perform field testing and analysis work of tractors and sub-system manufactured.
Responsible for analyzing the field failures and initiating the corrective actions.
Execute test or analysis plan for product verification & validation with different field test sites.
Analyses the assignments and plan the field test activities accordingly, collect the feedback regularly from test sites, analyses with experts & compiles and furnishes necessary information to document test solutions and provide reports regularly.
Update Enterprise Event Tracking System for all field test sites.
Raise Non Conformity and Corrective Actions for all the field test failures.
Plans & executes for regular field test site audits.
Applies existing applications to routine problem.
Executes test or analysis plan for product verification and validation.

Qualifications:
Software skills in using company information system and processes.
Knowledge of the product development process.
Understanding of engineering principles as they relate to the company product.
Knowledge/familiarity with machines manufactured by competitors.
Basic understanding of engines/off road vehicles/or cars and knowledge of hand tools and their use.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Basic mechanical skills to remove/install general mechanical components.
3 years of Engineering experience with a BS degree in an engineering/technology discipline or equivalent experience.
Certain level of English communication skills is desired.
