自动化与驱动集团大型电机技术支持工程师（工作地点：北京）
Job Description
Goals/Mission:
- Technical support for medium voltege large drive product and system
Working Partners/Contacts:
- External customer like OEM / SI etc, internal department as LD BU

Tasks:
- Support business department and sales function with the whole range of medium large drive product and system to help customer's application;
- To deliver clarification on technology and pre-sale support for customer with right knowledge to help customer use product and system in correct way;
- To deliver support to customer via Technical Support Hotline;
- To solve customer's problems during installation, commissioning;
- To work out knowledge documents to share internally and externally.

Education:
- Bachelor or above.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Medium voltage motor knowledge;
- Knowledge of motor system and motor theory;
- Optional: Siemens motor product knowledge;
- Optional: Automation system knowledge;
- Summarize and documentation ability;
- Skill of communication;
- English.

Experience:
- Sound large motor experience on project and engineering; solid knowledge of large synchronous&asynchronous motor and system.
- More than 5 years medium voltage motor experience on site: commissioning / operation / installation / designing.

Comments: 1）具有大型中压、高压电机的设计/安装/调试知识及经验；
2）具有功率在2MW（兆瓦）及以上的工作经验；
3）英语要求：精通或能看懂资料，基本会话但能在短期内大幅提升英语水平；
4）如有变频器工作经验更佳
