职位描述:
Goals/Mission:
1. Marketing and sales function for industrial gas turbine power generation.
2. Proposal for gas turbine power generation application
3. Set up proposal competence together with HQs.
4. Assist project managementDimensions:
- Individual contributor for his own target

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: Finspong MGT & lincoln SGT sales/proposal team
- External: End user/EPCs in/for industrial power generation

Tasks:
- Develop China industrial gas turbine power generation projects with end user and/or EPCs.
- Support local gas turbine partner's market &sales activities, market study for their focused business.
- E O IP gas turbine power generation proposal
- Develop over sea/re-export gas turbine business with local EPCs
- Assist on going gas turbine project management

Knowledge/Languages:
- Gas turbine technology
- Industrial power generation- Business Process: specified along the generic value chain from Product Development to Offer- and Order
-Completion to Customer Service processes.
- Markets:
- You may want to differentiate between Retail Markets (Sector/Region), Supply Markets and also specific internal products/solutions (if the job-holder is not using the know-how for a specific customer).

Experience:
1. >3 years sales experience in power industry
2. >5 years experience in power industry
- Experience in technical proposal
- Experience in project management
- >3 years experience in a foreign culture background company

Education:
- Bachelor or above, preferred major: mechanical
