Job description
Support on organizational development forecasting and manpower planning including new position analysis and staff requisition approval, work with recruitment team to ensure the implementation of hiring plan
Handle new employee survey and feedback to related manager. New employee probation plan and evaluation follow up
Ensure employee exit process implementation smoothly, conduct exit interview for resigned employee, and provide employee morale / feedback to BU managers
Assist line managers on daily HR operations including internal transfer, relocation, promotion etc. and handle low performer issues
Facilitate BUs on salary review, annual bonus, reward & recognition programs in accordance
Help line managers to set up KPI for each position and follow up performance evaluation
Attend BU regular management meeting to know deeply about business and provide solution of HR related issues and drive for performance culture
Related BU reporting monthly
Work with BU to conduct training needs analysis and develop training plan, career development path and succession plan, to ensure continuous improvement of the organization and the individuals as well
EDD analyzing and following up for BU
Help BU to implements HR processes/programs such as EPS, annual reward agreement, etc
Promote employee relationship, settle down labour dispute or discipline, advice on various legal issues
Mail or issue employee termination letter if it's necessary
Deal with production outsourcing people's management by cooperating with suppliers, BU and relevant departments
Qualifications and Work Experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR/Management or other related subject is preferred
In-depth content knowledge about all HR functions
Good customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
Good Communication skills of Chinese and English (oral & written English)
Good counselling, negotiation, interpersonal skills
Task-oriented & independently work for responsibility & team player & self-motivation
Detail oriented, logical and methodological approach to problem solving
Good computer skills with MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good presentation skills and act an internal trainer role is a plus
More than 5 years HR experience in MNC, whole scope of HR sub-function working experience including recruitment, T&D, C&B, ER, etc. is preferred
Good understanding of business operations and HR practices in MNC
