Want　to　work　with　industry　leading　Enterprise　Data　Warehouse　and　reporting　
tools?　Are　you　keen　to　work　with　some　of　the　largest　and　most　complex　SAP　
installations?　Want　to　expand　your　business　knowledge　and　have　your　daily　walk　
in　places　where　business　processes　and　IT　meet?　As　a　consultant　in　SAP　BI　team
you　will　engage　in　both　long-term　supplies　and　shorter　projects　where　SAP　BI　
and/or　BO　solutions　implemented,　developed　and　maintained.

Customer-oriented　tasks
You　get　deep　insights　into　how　BI　solutions　create　business　value　with　
customers.　You　have　the　desire　and　the　extroverted　personality　to　provide　the　
best　possible　service　and　advice　to　some　of　the　largest　and　most　demanding　
customers　in　Europe.　You　take　responsibility　and　take　the　lead　in　ensuring　
customer　success　through　your　knowledge　and　experience.　You　see　the　excitement　in
building　a　good　working　relationship　with　customers　and　understand　that　your　
knowledge,　professionalism　and　commitment,　not　least　are　your　main　tools　for　this task.
Your　Business　offers　many　different　tasks　in　all　phases　of　the　solution　lifecycle;　advice,　analysis,　design,　implementation　and　maintenance.　When　you　want to　work　close　to　the　business　it　is　important　that　you　are　able　to　build　the　bridge　between　technology　and　users'　business　needs.
You　often　work　with　colleagues　and　customers　in　various　geographical　areas.　This places　great　demands on　your　flexibility,　oversight　and　professionalism.
You　are　an　outgoing　person,　and　you　communicate　easily　with　customers　and　colleagues　at　all　levels.You　are　able　to　work　with　both　technical　specialists　and　managers,　and　you　can　communicate,　understand　and　solve　complex　technical　and business　issues.
The　specific　tasks　may　include:
1. Incident　and　Service　request　management
2. OM　compliance
3. Investigation　and　analysis　skills
4. Find　root　cause,　escalation　of　paths　(report　layer　towards　data　and　extraction)

职位要求(Job Requirements)：
Qualifications
Your　skills　and　experience
1. Advanced　experience　of　BW　(data　model,　data　flow,　extraction,　transformations)
2. Advanced　experience　of　BO　reporting　tools　(Dashboards,　Crystal　reports,　Advanced
Analysis,　Explorer,　Launchpad,　Distribution)
3. Good　communication　in　English　to　direct　interaction　with　users/stakeholders
4. Business　understanding　to　be　able　to　communicate　at　business　level　rather　than technical
5. Experience　with　ITIL,　PRINCE2　and　a　past　involvement　in　sales　would　be　an　advantage
