Key Responsibilities:
Perform design, development, implementation and test of embedded software system for the scroll compressor electronics modules, which includes analysis of the requirements, development of detailed software specification and generate software structure, modules, interface, hardware drivers etc.
Work closely with Control and hardware engineers to implement algorithms into an embedded system. Participate in software design reviews and related verification and validation process on bench and system.
Follow software development process, ensure software quality and support continuous improvements. Develop and maintain software design documentations and reports. Perform software automatic test with NI Labview
Co-operate with supplier to make samples for design qualification, also work with them to setup development process control, challenge supplier for design.
Interfaces with customers and other internal groups such as electrical and mechanical engineering, project management, product validation and manufacturing

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above with major in Electronics & Electrical, Automation or Computer Science
At least 3-5 years of experience in embedded software design with C/C++
Familiar with embedded system structure/OS/software integration/Task scheduling/drivers
Software automatic test skill is a must, like NI Labview programming and test management
Thorough knowledge of microprocessor application, experience using tools such as Emulators, Debuggers, etc. Hardware/software debug experience
CAN/ModBus experience is a must
PLC software design experience is a plus
Experience with Software Configuration Management tools is a plus
Understanding of Standard UL, CE, CCC and other certification related to electronics technologies
Fluent oral and written English is a must
