Typical Responsibilities
1 With Marketing Specificationsw;You will lead the development of new hermetic scroll compressors
2 You will be responsible of their technical performances and their accordance to current standed
3 You will guarantee their reliablility using standard tests
4 You will investigate and compare similar or aiternative technoligies you will be in charge of benchmarking and technological watch .You will partake in marking of a track record of all experiences

Requirements and Qualifications
1 You must be a graduate Mechanical Engineer
2 8+ years minimum expenience in design of rorating machines
3 PhD (mechainic) is a pius
4 Knowledge in thermodynamics is a pius
5 English TOEIC-850 pts minimum
6 Teamwork,leadership,curious,takes resonsibility ,etc
7 Method,rigorousness,innovative spirit
8 Creative and assertive while making proposal and discussing decisiongs
9 Ability to work in teams and in a cross cultural environment
