Hydraulics Engineer
Major Purpose:
A mid career hydraulics engineer is needed to support a new vehicle program. The vehicle will have complex hydraulic systems and need to be supported at CEC. This Engineer will be the main contact for supply management and global engineering.
Major Duties:
Work with larger vehicle team to support hydraulic component selection.
Support Supply management on technical hydraulic sourcing issues
System analysis and trouble shooting at the vehicle and sub system level.
3 D Modeling ability. Pro-E preferred.
Communicate requirements, specifications, and issues in English.
Required Education and Experience:
Engineering degree in related discipline. Hydraulic engineering preferred
Min 4 years experience in off road vehicle hydraulics.
Prefer background in construction or agricultural equipment
Good skill in spoken and written English required
Ability to understand large hydraulic systems and practical applications
Desired Experience
Experience with analytical software such as Easy-5
Experience with hydraulic design software such as Automation Studio
Report To: Manager Drive Train Engineering
