职位描述
Purpose of the position
— To use technical expertise of ASU to monitor ASUs operation.
— To identify & implement process improvement opportunities.
— To provide troubleshooting solution with operation team in case of operational problems.
— To develop and facilitate operational experience exchange and implement best operating practices and guidelines which are in-line with Global Ops Standards & LIMSS.
— To provide ASU process management to LGY operation.
— To provide process support during the commercialisation, including site integration, commissioning and training.
Principal responsibilities
1. Assistant operation team to ensure a safe production environment for all activities on sites
2. Investigate and report SHEQ and others loss accident/incident and implement the agreed actions to improvement.
3. Work with the RGC Process Operations team,
a) With Process Safety to ensure that target of zero Process Safety accidents is achieved.
b) With People Capability to develop process tat continually develop ASU ops staff.
c) With the RGC ROC to help complete the connectivity of RGC plants and to help facilitate spread of best operating practices.
4. Ensure site has effective rule and security arrangement, according to The Linde Group and RGC standards & regulations.
5. Integrate CoD & production KPI and PVD & reliability reported on time, improve plants efficiency continuously.
6. Ensure all operation procedures are in place & monitor to implement.
7. Process and operation procedure training and organize LIMSS chapters revise and publish then assistant training include theory and practice in operation team.
8. Lead plant process continuously improvement like implement and organize EMOC with site people and platform.
9. Lead self Engineering audit. To assist and coach Ops team CAR closed.
10. Keep good site process management.
11. Liaise with HR for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
12. Establish and maintain cordial relations with local authorities and other department.
13. Ensure all permit & certificate & licenses, operation & production related in place/effective, according to standards/regulations
Key interfaces
— Internally: TAM, Operations platform, Remote Operations Center, SHEQ, Production manager, Maintenance manager, HR, CSC, Distribution, Reliability team , Legal, Administration.
— Externally: Government officers, Suppliers, Contractors & Customers.

Required qualifications/experience
— Bachelor degree or above in cryogenic Engineering or equivalent
— 6+years combined process experience of Air Separation Plants.
— Knowledge of Process, Process safety, Reliability and Maintenance of ASUs
— Mobility
