Job Description:
Support the Head of Scientific and Business Operations in general matters of operational management, including resource allocation, coordination with internal and external business functions and companies
Managing the site scientific talent learning and training programs
Manage and drive special projects aiming to improve or optimize the operations and business processes and efficiency
General planning and management (resources, projects, workshops etc.), support budget planning and monitoring
Liaise with and act as the interface with scientific functions, HR, Finance, Facility Operations, Communications, and the global Operations organization
Minimum requirements:
Ph.D. or Master Degrees in Life Science
Solid track record of successful business planning roles with 10+ years’ relevant experiences in an international company or organization
Broad professional knowledge of business planning
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and team spirit
