职位描述

- For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Junior Specialist at the earliest opportunity. This role will be responsible for the indirect material procurement service processing.


What are my responsibilities?
Mission
- Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
Contacts:
- GSS external: Customers, users and external partners
- GSS internal: GO DC-XX BL management & experts, GSS GO DC-XX management & cross support functions, regional GSS BL
Responsibility (fully):
- In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
Compliance & Risk Management(fully):
- Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities
- Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers
- Supports and provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC etc.)
- Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer
Customers (& Partners) (partially):
- Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level
Processes (partially):
- Develops through deep professional know how of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between them (fully)
- Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and / or instructions (fully)
- Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
- Contributes to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the provided service
- Contributes to implementation of new and updated processes
- Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements
- Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required
- Supports dedicated GSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions.
- Contributes to additional administrative tasks related to the job (KPIs reporting, quality check etc.).
- SCMS (fully): Support/contributes to providing standard SCM services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific SCMS service lines.
- Purchase order creation/revision in SAP & OneSRM
- Invoice clarification for rejected invoice with SCM IM local buyer and Requester.
- Catalog PO delivery monitoring and revision.
- GR monitoring
- Vendor master data maintain
- SAP report and PO related report
- Ensure the timely delivery of all purchase order to supplier
- Ensure that timely communication with all internal team and SCM IM local buyer
- Provide office based technical back-up and support to on-site engineers


What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge:
- Functional Expertise
- SCM-Procurement /Logistics– Operational Sourcing
- SCMS: Company and customer policies & procedures, procurement guidelines and work instructions
- Add service specific knowledge detail for position
- SAP operating experience (desirable)
- OneSRM operating experience
- Excel expert
- Good communication skills in written and oral
- Knowledge and Interest in procurement operating
- Team work spirit
Technology Fields & Business Methods
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Quality Improvement Methods
- Basic understanding of continuous quality improvement process, method and tools
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Process Management
- Basic understanding would be beneficial
- Further Required Knowledge
- MS Office + Web applications required.

- Min. secondary education or comparable educational background.
