Major/Key responsibilities:
1. Translate business requirements into practical IT solution which in line with business strategy and improve business efficiency and productivity and satisfaction;

2. Ensure projects are well planned and executed to meet business expectation in terms of time, financial and budgetary commitments as well as all SDP standards;

3. Build and maintain strong end user relationships as single-point-of-contact for all the requirement from related business department;

4. Work closely with IT Operation team to ensure the sustainability of IT projects;

5. Provide regular updates and highlight issues to IT management on project status, timeline & milestones and make recommendations for resolution.

Educational and Qualification Requirements:
1. University graduate in information technology or science / engineering-related field;

2. 4 years working experience in information technology and at least 2 years in Business Analyst;

3. Experienced in Software development life cycle;

4. Affluent in English and Chinese.
