As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be work closely with the marketing team and sales team to provide superior POS in the store and tailor-made promotion support for different channels. Definition of the TM strategy based on local marketing strategy of the brand. To be able to use budget management/development of the most effective set of TM tools necessary to fulfil the ranking targets.

You are required to increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration. Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute to brand growth. Lead the execution of trade marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets. Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments. Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team. Recruit, develop and manage Trade Marketing team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in the Trade Marketing team.

Qualification

• Educated to degree level
  
• Expertise in trade marketing/product marketing/category marketing/loyalty marketing
  
• Experience in building and managing loyalty programmes
  
• Excellent eye for design and a passion for the beauty business
  
• Flexible working style and action oriented approach
  
• Experience in skincare products would be beneficial
  
• Experience in managing complex projects, ideally print production or point of sale projects to successful conclusion
  
• Capacity to deal effectively with a wide range of people and form effective working relationships
  
• Experience in presenting and communicating with expert audiences who can pose challenges
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Solid IT ability including good experience with PowerPoint and Excel, experience with photoshop/image manipulation programmes would be an advantage
