Ensure the right execution plans at the market level, in strategize China - specific initiatives. Lead the PR team by fostering an inter-departmental relationship and providing vision and guidance to develop talents in the PR team.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level with Minimum 6 years relevant experience in similar environment
  
• Fluency required in English and Chinese. Any foreign language will be +plus.
  
• Awareness of trends in China, including fashion, pop culture and beauty industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of public relations and media in Chinese markets
  
• Flexible working style and action oriented approach.
  
• Experience in skincare or Colour products would be beneficial.
  
• Capacity to deal effectively with a wide range of people and form effective working relationships.
  
• Experience in presenting and communicating with expert audiences who can pose challenges.
