We are looking for a Unit Manager with mechanical background, good leadership and management skills & experience. Be a shadow of leader, who is eager to drive high performance through people, experience from improvement tools, open minded and good communication skill.

The key responsibilities of the Unit Manager are to:
- Manage for production staff,TL as well as TM.
- Responsible for the performance and output of the unit.
- Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level.
- Participate to make costing update for the unit.
- Plan, prioritize, and secure resource to perform the work and reporting.
- Secure ALPS / Lean Six Sigma / 5S and other Operations initiative in the unit.
- Secure Standardized work & SOP.
- Support and initiate supplier development activities together with support functions.
- Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities in the unit.
- To provide 1st & 2nd line support and dialogue audits according to plan.
- New employee recruitment, and continuous competence developing.
- Monthly attendance administration & performance appraisal & yearly skill review.
- Implement ISO9001/14001 QS/EMS in the unit.
Make out the control proposal and plan.
- Handling logistic claim and take actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Involved in new product development and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development).

The ideal candidate has Degree in mechanical background or equivalent, good leadership and management skills & experience, 5 years of experience form production or manufacturing company, fair knowledge on product and related components, good English both oral and written, good PC literature in MS Office and fair knowledge and operation on Jeeves.
