Senior Connector Development Engineer
Major Job Responsibilities:
？ Implement leading design, design for manufacturability with low cost.
？ Coach young engineers to speed up engineering competency building.
？ Support supervisor to grow the team quickly.
？ Support PM and cooperate with other function teams to make project move smoothly.
？ Maintain regular communication with relevant engineering team in North America and Europe.
Candidate Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree at least.
？ At least 4 years related working experience. Rich engineering experience and skills in electrical connector design & development for Automotive industry is prefer.
？ Good communication skill and highly self-motivated.
？ Good written and reading English skill.
？ Multi-national company experience and UG software is preferred.
