OD Manager-Asia Pacific (美资汽车零配件财富500强亚太总部)
Job Responsibility:
- Based on the business direction to develop talent management and development strategy and plan, including assessment, coaching, hipo development plan, etc, to ensure leadership pipeline is ready for business growth in the region.
- As the regional expert on organization development, including organization design, change management, team and organization effectiveness, enterprise transformation, culture assessment and change, based on current and long range business needs.
- As expert in OD, consult with sr. business leader on the strategy, plan for large scale change at regional level.
- As program manager in organization transformation, responsible to develop change management plan and its execution.
- Working together with the expert in the HQ and business leader/BPHR to develop plan to help build up strategic talent capability to support the business growth in emerging market.
- Develop strategy, plan and its execution to build up OD capability for BPHR and managers in the region.
- As sector interface to provide T&OD support in talent management, including OLR, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, career development, talent movement, organization assessment and effectiveness, leadership assessment, development to help increase organization and talent capability for business growth.
- Assist VP for TM, IRU and OD on organization review, talent management council (functional and sector) on building up pipeline, succession plan, development plan and regular review on career move and risk. Serves as a resource to, the sector/functional Talent Council.
- Research, recommend for selection and manage a network of external suppliers and other professional organizations to leverage on their OD expertise and resources; establish a comprehensive database of external OD/ LD consultants.
- The effective performance of the job needs to work as a very close partner with Regional T&OD leader, Regional Learning and his/her team, Talent Acquisition Leader, BPHR leaders.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management to support the business goals.
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder in HRM, Organization Development/industrial psychology or relevant disciplines.
- At least 10 years experience in sizable companies with highly matrix environment with strategic planning and execution hands-on experience in OD and talent management.
- Preferable to have solid AP regional experience with strong focus in China.
- Prefer an expert in OD model, tools and methodology. A clear strategic thinker with strong usiness acumen and pragmatic mindset
- Able to think on feet and perform under pressure with dynamic and matrix organization.
Qualified assessor in key Demonstrated competency in Leadership Development, talent development and management design and delivery
- A quick learner and result-oriented and sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Very collaborative, esp. with the peer
- A strong team player and an initiator, well-organized, resourceful and efficient
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
