职位描述
Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Be an active member of Asia product line management team
2. Lead Delphi Electronics Centers Asia Customer Business Pursuits activities and responsible for the growth in Asia
3. Responsible for Asia Sales Budget Performance and Revenue Forecasting;
4. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
5. Responsible for data accuracy in sales database for all opportunities;
6. Assure that all RFQ (Request for Quotation) are anticipated
7. Maintain targeted customer relations
8. Motivate sales team and aggressively pursue new business
9. Manage sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
10. Develop & execute capability improvement plans for Asia Sales Team
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. >8 Sales experience in Auto related industries.
3. Experience with different OEMs
4. Fluent in English and strong and effective communicator in writing and business presentations and interpersonal communications
5. Demonstrated strong leadership with excellence relationship building skills
6. Excellent in negotiation and selling to customer needs and result oriented
7. Strong influencing skills and able to motivate and coach sales force
8. Strong knowledge in Sales and Marketing especially in Auto and Auto parts industry
