Application Engineer （美国500强汽车电气公司)
Immediate Supervisor: Application Engineering Manager, DCS L&P
KEY SERVICES:
岗位职责：
? Establish strong customer relationships and responsiveness through regular meetings. Be recognized by the customer as a connection system expert by continuously providing value-added services, including simultaneous product design or re-engineering;
? Identify robust, cost effective connection systems appropriate for the target market. Submit design requests;
? Assure successful execution and product launch of opportunities working with Program Management, Sales, Manufacture Engineer, PCL, and the Operations;
? Aggressively support cost reduction initiatives. Achieve material cost reduction targets;
? Professionally represent Delphi in all circumstances;
? Calculating client quotations;
? Offering after-sales support services;
? Analyzing costs of sales;
? Preparing various reports for supervisor, department head and head office;
? Coordinating sales projects;
? Supporting marketing activities by attending negotiations, workshop seminar, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
? Performing presentations and demonstrating how Delphi product will meet client needs;
? Liaising with other members of the Sales & Application Engineering team and other technical experts;
? Solving client problems;
? Provide training to team members.
QUALIFICATION:

? Bachelor degree or above in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering;
? Above 2 years multinational company working experience;
? Decent and polite manner;
? Good computer skills;
? Good communication skills;
? Fluent oral and written English;
