A Fortune 500 American Automotive components maker is seeking a
Global Manufacturing & Business Planning Manager
Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the Operations Business Plan
- Development of Budget by Total Operations and by staff: Mfg, PC, QC, HR and GSM
- Coordinate the monitoring process of the performance
2. Coordinate the Global Manufacturing Reporting and Benchmark: Regions – NA, Mexico, South America, Europe and Africa, Asia Pacific
- Coordinate with the regional Operations Directors to gather the monthly, quarterly and annual manufacturing cost, head count ( Direct, Indirect, Salary) – current and forecast
- Coordinate the Cost Improvement Reporting and Benchmarking
- Coordinate the headcount benchmarking
3. Coordinate with Corporate Team the manufacturing Improvement and connect with Packard PBU’s
- Coordinate with the regional Operations Directors to gather the monthly, quarterly and annual manufacturing cost, head count ( Direct, Indirect, Salary) – current and forecast
o Coordinate the Cost Improvement Reporting and Benchmarking
o People Cost – Indirect and Salary
o Non-people cost: Scrap, packaging, maintenance cost, contract service …
- Coordinate on-site cost reduction workshops and replicate the results
4. Coordinate Global Operations meetings and follow up
Candidate Requirements:
1. At least 10 to 15yrs experience in Manufacturing( wiring), Engineering or related area
2. Experience in accounting is preferred
3. Fluent English
4. Preferable expat willing to be hired as local
5. Good command of PowerPoint, Excel and Web Setting (like set up share point…), Charting, Graphic
6. Available to work in Global Time – a lot of the meetings might be in the early morning or at night
7. Willing to travel if needed
