职位描述
Major Job Responsibilities:
? Ensure Quality System followed up
? Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety System followed up
? Ensure Internal System Audit & Process Audit followed up
? Ensure Corrective / Preventive Action followed up
? Ensure Improvement Plan followed up
? Ensure Customer Quality Concerns (PRR, WIR) and VOC registered and solved.
? Ensure Root cause Analysis and Actions followed up
? Ensure Responsiveness satisfying customers
? Ensure Quality Data collected such as Customer PPM, FTQ, COQ Report
? Ensure Data Analysis and Actions implementation traced
? Ensure Qualify related Metrics Weekly & Monthly Report identified and followed up
? Supervise incoming inspection team
? Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
Major Job Qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /TS16949 quality system, having quality management and teamwork leading ability
? More than 5 years relevant experience
? Good English ability, have knowledge and experience of APQP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, etc.
? Familiar with OEM customer requirement and communication style.
? 6sigma BB is preferred.
? Excellent communication skill with cross function team for problem solving
