Manufacturing Manager
KEY SERVICES:
岗位职责：
? Manage the whole DEC manufacturing department to ensure timely fulfillment of customer’s requirement and product quality
? Monitor all production measures such as productivities, uptimes and set-up times to ensure the targets are met at all times
? Daily review of the production plan with production planning team and organize the team to finish the production order in a timely manner
? Hire, terminate, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinates. Organize the on-job training of all manufacturing staff including supervisors, foremen, technicians, operators, setters to improve their capability to meet the business requirement
? Lead team to follow all related process procedures including machine maintenance, tool maintenance, process management and material management and feedback all improvement suggestions to relevant engineers
? Work together with all team members to ensure the new product launches successfully.
? Implement lean manufacturing system such as KMS etc. so as to keep manufacturing process competitive in the industry
? Ensure all safety related procedures, policies, etc. are well implemented and to maintain high 5S standard in the work area
QUALIFICATION:
录用条件：
? Bachelor degree or above
? 5 years of manufacturing management experience
? Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel
? Good analytical skills to ensure timely collection and analysis of manufacturing data
? Good training skills to coach subordinates
? Excellent supervisory skill of managing hourly stuff
? Basic knowledge in TS16949.
