职位描述
Responsibilities
-Responsible for discovering and documenting the as-is process, designing and modelling the to-be process with the business, performing gap analysis and recommending actions
-The elicitation and capture of business requirements using a range of techniques, including the facilitation of workshops, document analysis, sites visits, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
-Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are captured and documented appropriately
-Working closely with the business to review and challenge business processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with other IT functions to ensure business processes are aligned with the business and IT architecture
-Serve as an interface between the business customers and the internal and external IT teams
-Provides business input into test strategy, system test plans, system test conditions and UAT plans taking responsibility for ensuring the requirements are tested and delivered
-Managing project budgeting/cost to ensure delivery and fulfilment. Managing vendor delivery and review feedback and sign off documentation as required

-An appreciation of the wider business process impacts of a proposed initiative
-Cross functional liaison role at the senior management level, conveying business needs to IT, IT data constraints to the business and aligning the needs of strategy, business process, workflows, business initiatives, benefit realisation and service delivery.
-Commercial retail knowledge
What technical skills will you need?
-Process mapping tools
-IT business architecture
-Business Change project methodology (or similar)
-Ability to review and approve solution design documents or other similar technical documentation to ensure it meets the business requirements

-Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
-Ability to work under pressure to resolve complex issues
-Self-motivated and able to work on your own.
-Resilience – able to work well under pressure
-Soft skills on helping others and interpersonal relationship
-Able to make suggestions and think out-of-the-box

-Excellent time management skills and organisational ability

-Expression of a Can-do attitude to support New Look China from a start-up.
-Able to work across geographic, time zone and cultural boundaries
-Good understanding of the retail industry, preferably fashion
-Minimum 5 years hands-on working experiences in business analyst/Project management
-Business process modelling/reviewing/engineering – mandatory
-End to end retail business processes – mandatory
-Change Management as part of Project Management
