Job Responsibilities:

· Provide Intellectual Property legal services to affiliates of Exxon Mobil Corporation in Asia Pacific;

· Draft agreements, such as, confidentiality, license, technology transfer and/or service agreements;

· Travelling to some extent is required;

· Provide legal advice to internal assigned clients, drafting of legal documents, and provide legal advocacy related to claims or disputes;

· IP procurement, including, patent prosecution, trademark registration;

·Anticounterfeit activities;

Requirements of Candidates:

· Passed the unified judicial examination of PRC;

· Passed the patent bar of SIPO, 5+ experience in practice before SIPO and Trademark office;

· 5+ years experience as a lawyer, and a minimum of 3 years, with a leading international law firm or a top tier domestic law firm;

· 5+ years experience in agreement drafting, legal support to business negotiations related to the transaction of technologies;

·Native Mandarin speaker and have excellent English language skills;

·Knowledge of common law systems and administrative / civil enforcement experience in China is a plus.
