PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with global and domestic cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches on time and budget. Ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for new programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction - a "flawless launch"
与各部门协调控制整个新产品项目的进度，确保新产品项目能够在质量、成本、交期及性能等达到客户满意的前提下顺利投入批产（SOP）。
2. Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedures.
确保所有产品项目能够按照APQP、QS-9000/TS16949流程进行批产。
3. Interface with customers when necessary to understand customers' requirements and to communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations and meetings.
通过与客户进行沟通来充分了解客户需求，跟客户建立起专业和信赖的良好关系。
4. Prepare technical solutions/specifications to support Sales people based on customer requirements/applications together with team member to stay aligned with global sensor engineering plan/roadmaps and reflect those directions/decisions into local applications.
基于客户需求，为销售部门/人员提供专业的技术支持和解决方案，
5. Work closely with account manager to ensure product engineering delivery is smooth and on time

Qualification:
1. Familiar with Design Principles in Automotive Industry, Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods
熟知汽车行业的设计/研发原理；熟知汽车类产品的项目管理。
2. Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods, CAD
熟悉塑料或金属材料的性能及制造工艺，能熟练运用3D软件（如Pro-E, Catia或 UG等）
3. Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in automotive industry in China, at least 2 years’ experience working as a project engineer
至少3年以上汽车行业的技术或产品开发工作经验
4. Bachelor degree or above major in engineering or equivalent
本科或以上学历，机械、金属/高分子材料或汽车工程等相关专业毕业
5. Clear thinking, Good sense of responsibility, patient and can work independently and stand with high pressure
优秀的沟通和人际理解能力,积极主动、成熟干练，能够在压力下独档一面
