Responsible for search demand generation ( SEO,PPC, Industry Portals) planning and performance management including forecasting lead targets, conversion acceleration and tracking ROI.

Increase the impact of the online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analysing and interpreting campaign results and utilising this information to improve return on investment for future campaigns.

Manage the localization of new contents and territory specific contents in relation to local campaign and activities.

Develop and implement web seminar programs for existing and new technology application.

Responsible for the development of online personalisation campaigns, using a range of techniques, and the development of best practices for demand generation.

Maintain the marketing database and all aspects of list hygiene including customer insight, analysis and segmentation.

Coordinate our social media initiatives, including Malvern blog, working with key stakeholders and content providers to ensure we have a consistent approach to our communication, objectives and measurement across various social media channels.

Work with global marketing teams to help deliver integrated campaigns around key events e.g. product launches.

Stays up-to-date on and advises marketing team of the latest trends in interactive and online marketing trends including relevant legislation. Proposes new initiatives and reports quarterly on new developments.
