职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Provide Shared Service;
- Be responsible for maintaining chart of accounts;
- Be responsible for management of account receivables:
1) Post account receivables in time;
2) Monthly prepare aging list of account receivables;
3) Monthly list of account receivables to relevant departments;
4) Monthly dunning list to customers for overdue account receivables
5) Suggestions of treatment of overdue account receivables;
6) Maintain master data of customers;
7) Monthly reconciliation of account receivables.
- Be responsible for management of account payables:
1) Post account payables in time;
2) Prepare plan of payments;
3) Monthly reconciliation of account payables;
- Monetary fund control (bank reconciliation; outflow of fund);
- Supervision of cash counting;
- VAT invoices verification;
- Issuing and recording invoices and receipts;
- Filing of all invoices and receipts;
- Filing of accounting documents;
- Other issues requested by FM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting;
- At least 2 years experiences in Accounting;
- Familiar with MS Office, ERP and SAP knowledge;
- Fluent English both in written and spoken;
Personal attributes:
- Consider work as hobby;
- Good communication skill;
- Can work independently and under pressure.
