职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Assist SAP project implementation;
2. Configure and maintain network, OUTLOOK email system, ERP, SAP, UFIDA and others;
3. Configure user account and permission;
4. Configure and maintain Domain Server;
5. Provide IT support to internal user and external guest;
6. To purchase IT equipment and manage IT vendor, ensure quality of electronic equipment;
7. Maintain server and switchboard.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in computer or related fields;
2. At least 5 years IT service industry /IT helpdesk /IT operational support experiences;
3. Familiar with SAP, windows system, network, IT security;
4. Good language skill on English reading, speaking and writing, German background is preferred;
Personal attributes:
1. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
2. Ability to push project development;
3. Customer orientated;
4. Team spirit;
