We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of HTS Oprtnl Supt&Dev Offr，HTS Risk and Adm
In this role, you will:
The HBCN HTS Risk & Administration Function consists of a Chief Risk & Administration Officer - CRAO supported by 4 principle sub-functions: HTS Business Risk Control Management (BRCM), HTS Operational Support & Development, HTS Quality and Record Management
·HTS Operational Support & Development is mainly responsible for:
·Provide consistent analysis, planning, reporting & monitoring activity across HTS
·Give operational / commercial support to COO and HTS Functions
·Implement consistent governance & organisational support across HTS
·HTS People initiatives and internal management communication
·HTS Saving Programme Country Representative and coordination

This role is mainly responsible for providing operational / commercial support to COO and HTS Functions as well as implements HTS People and communication initiatives.
·Support in HTS communication events to cascade HTS strategy, policies and other key messages from management
·Support HTS management team, Branch Deputy Managers as well as their designated training coordinators in training solution.
·Coordinate the implementation of HTS talent programs, including BDP trainee program and Branch DM certification program.
·Support HTS staff career development programs
·Stage HBCN HTS team-building events and staff recognition programs
·Maintain a good collaboration across 9 Functions and 29 HBCN branch HTS teams on the above tasks.
·Support in other ad hoc delegated / support tasks from CRAO/COO

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·Highly proficient in Chinese and English Language, both written and spoken.
·Highly proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
·Ability to use SharePoint is an advantage
·Ability to use graphic design and video production software is an advantage
·Excellent communication skills and has the ability to build relationship and work with a wide range of organizations and individuals.
·Team player who enjoys a rapidly changing environment.
·Able to handle multiple tasks to meet strict project deadlines within the set budget.
