职位描述

Job purpose:
The Key Account Executive provides administrative & logistical support to the account manager/KA Assoc Director and is directly accountable for the:
1) Execution of the day-to-day shuttle client interfacing related activities
2) The collation and development of various reports
3) Handles calls & inquires from Apple travelers and local employees, through the Apple Hotline, on but not limited to, shuttle services.

Execution of daily shuttle related activities:
Daily execution of shuttle service related activities, with the direction and direct oversight of the
1) Job includes on- spot issue resolution (during random checks); liaison between Hertz, Apple China & direct users. Continuously improve service according to feedback from Apple China & direct travelers.
2) Support Ops Managers based in other cities to facilitate smooth shuttle service delivery. Job entails timely provision of info to Hertz departments (e.g. traveler forecast, service feedback, share best practices, etc) to facilitate accurate vehicle deployment as well as consistent service delivery.
3) Organize mid-day vehicle usage of shuttle vehicles in various cities: Provide efficient handling of incoming direct calls from travelers on usage of shuttle vehicles. This includes contacting the drivers /Ops Department and coordinating the pick-up and drop-off times to ensure that the scheduled shuttle service is not disrupted by the mid-day usage.
4) Track, collate, and provide to Apple key contacts daily/weekly/monthly reports on all aspects of the Apple shuttle service.

Meeting Group Events:
Provides detailed coordination between Apple Meeting Planners and Hertz internal departments to facilitate the smooth delivery of meeting groups.
- Meetings involving large groups of people, various vehicles, and locations
- These meetings have special signage and instructions that need to be confirmed and executed by the various Hertz departments

Corrective Action Plan:
Supports the account manager/ KA Assoc Director & Customer Service Team to identify root cause and relevant corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Billing:
Billing: Includes answering billing queries and rental transactions, making adjustments, researching discrepancies & reporting to Apple China.

Reports:

Accumulate/Develop various reports to send to key Apple Contacts:
- Daily Passenger Tracking
- Daily Hotel Passenger List (Chengdu)
- Mid-day utilization tracking

Skill

Educational Background:
University degree in marketing or sales
