Mission:
Within the activity of DASI/CASI/CICH and for VPC activity :
? To define the technical and operational process for NV at Tianjin with DRDS/QUA
? To place and follow the parts order in relation with DASI/CASI/CICH/APV and DASI/CASI/GSPR
? To establish activity reports and KPI
? To follow with our forwarder all logistic claims
? To receive and managed with CAPSA, the CAPSA Dealer's claim and set up the appropriate action plan with DRDS/QUA
? To participate to the weekly meeting between DRDS/QUA and the CPS of each factory
? To manage the workload of the VPC and to monitor the number of subcontractor's staffs accordingly
? To ensure the training of subcontractor's staffs
? To ensure the good performance of the work done by our subcontractor
? To operate the technical diagnosis of any incident, to determine remedy and to monitor the repair
? To operate some rework / repair, in case of emergency and/or low workload
? To define if necessary the standards of specific tools to be possessed by the VPC
? To ensure the regular control and maintenance of VPC's equipment and tooling
? To follow the financial cost and warranty allocation



Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree above
? At least 3 years' working experience
? Good oral and written English skills
? High qualification level of automotive technology
? Good capacity of analysis
? Good capacity of listening
? Being able to work together with other transversal departments
