职位概述

To ensure patient’s registration data accurate, greet and assist patients who visit the hospital or who phone with inquiries. Translate for patients and provide written translations of TJU material from Chinese/English into Japanese. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality customer service in the hospital, handling complaints as well as providing information service to our patients.

岗位职责

1. Assist patients with registration documents

2. Assist in verification of financial data provided by the patient at registration

3. Assign medical record number for new patients after registration completed

4. Correct registration deficiencies, prepare financial folders

5. Answer basic patient inquiries and assist patient when required

6. Act as triage liaison calling the ER Nurse or clerk for medical issues

7. Direct patients in the right direction, escort patients as much as possible

8. Translate oral and written from Japanese to English/Chinese (vice versa)

9. Provides information to patients in a pleasant and helpful manner in Japanese and English

10. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists and other staff in the hospital when needed to communicate effectively with Japanese and other patients

11. Help patients to resolve registration, billing, insurance and accounting problems

12. Collects survey data and prepare reports that reflect the level of activity and relative satisfaction of the services provided to Korean and/or Japanese patients

任职条件

1. Excellent proficiency of Japanese, Japanese citizen preferred.

2. Good knowledge of Japanese Culture and community in Tianjin

3. Good knowledge of medical terminology

4. High school diploma or above
