Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要职责
Day to day logistics operation on data entry, transaction, shipment documentation processing, shipment tracking, reporting and filing.
日常物流工作中的数据录入, 结转, 发货文件准备, 货物跟踪确认。
Familiar with handbook operation, manage each Handbook in & out registration transaction and ensure accuracy, successfully close the verification of each handbook
熟悉手册操作，负责日常手册管理。
Work closely with planning, purchasing, manufacturing, financial accounting, sales, CSR to resolve issues.
与其他部门协调有关发货事宜。
Coordinate and communicate with contractors, freight forwarders on shipment arrangement and issues.
与货运代理, 海关等协调货物运输事宜。
Have experience on equipment importing especially on duty free equipments’ application in terms of Customs duty free registration, HS code category, CIQ pre-shipment inspection license process etc. Have duty free equipments customs declaration related resource is preferred.
与货运代理, 海关等协调货物运输事宜有设备进口特别是减免税设备操作经验如申请免表，HS归类及商检预装运检验许可证相关流程等。能提供减免税设备操作相关资源建议。

Education and/or Experience: 教育和/或经验
Diploma or degree in Logistics /Business Admin
大专以上学历，物流或工商管理专业
3+ year related working experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment
三年以上制造业内相关工作经验

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 知识, 技能, 才能:
Knowledge of transportation and international trade.
国际贸易知识
Knowledge of bonded Logistics & Processing Handbook operations is preferred
保税/手册物流操作经验。
Knowledge of SAP logistics function is preferred
SAP系统知识
