-General Job Description:

1) Be responsible for on overseas suppliers invoice entry into SAP timely and accurately;

2) Be responsible for three-way match for purchase order, communicate with purchase department for any problems;

3) GR/IR account monitoring and follow-up on regular basis

4) Strictly in accordance with payment processes and payment term to run mature payment.

5) Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up

6) 3rd/Interco AP statement reconciliation, etc.

7) Other ad hoc projects where necessary

-Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree major in accounting/finance

2) At least 2 years accounting related experience

3) Good English in writing and speaking

4) Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities

5) Ability to effectively use SAP or other tool is preferred

6) Proficient in office software, especially excel

-Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or similar;
2. 5 years or above working experience in assembly technique application; Experience in compressor company is preferred;
3. Customer service-oriented and open minded, co-operative attitude to achieve a common solution through team work, good ability to make effective and efficient communication, very responsive and trustworthy;
Good English speaking and written ability and be able to understand technical English;


-Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and guide the function of quality technician (2nd QCC) and quality inspector;
- Be responsible for training, daily job arrangement and performance evaluation of quality technician (2nd QCC) and quality inspector;
2. Define and maintain quality control methods;
- Maintain and update inspection instructions and failure catalogues;
- Determine types/quantities/checking item/frequency/measure device for routine and lab tests;
- Participate in defining and updating PFMEA and control plan;
- Support process flow design and work instructions preparation;
3. Participate in analysis to product's characteristics (comprehensive investigations)
- Make a detailed analysis in case of quality deviations: process analysis, routine and lab tests, customer complaints, 6s statistics, complaints to suppliers;
- Evaluate presents results from investigations;
- Initiate or cooperate in process or product improvements
4. Initiate complaints against suppliers together with Incoming Inspection (e.g. stopping of parts, release of stopped parts)
5. Participate in internal auditing, and support auditing to component suppliers;

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
