Job description
As a Brand Client Representative for Rational, you will integrate IBM resources to maximize IBM brand value for Rational by managing overall relationships across large enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for driving IBM Rational opportunities within the largest and most sophisticated of IBM clients – being assigned to an integrated account, or one or more aligned accounts. In this role, it is essential that you are able to apply industry-specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology insights to assigned clients. The territory for the job is key account focus. Knowledge of some of these accounts is key to the success of this role, as well as a good understanding of the way that these accounts operate. Further responsibilities include: • Manage an open territory to drive new Business Analytics sales and expand existing business. • Provide Rational sales leadership. • Own Rational sales opportunities to closure. • Work with other sellers and units of IBM as needed to create an effective solution for the client. • Maintain a thorough understanding of your assigned industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors. • Above 6 years IT Solution / Software sales related experience, • Bachelor degree and above, can use English as working language, • Good Sales competency and skills, good client relation management skills, • Good leadership / innovative ideas / collaborate as team / self driving.
