Primary Function


Prepare Technical proposals


Ensure proper utilization of materials, processes & equipment to improve productivity


Ensure the output meet delivery schedules


Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tooling & gages to minimize downtime



Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to provide Pre-Sales technical and commercial proposals.


Require to visit customer to explain the proposal worked


Prepare visit reports, discuss with department manager


Assist Technician I , II in making documentation, Process and Time estimates


Need to do Runoff for projects when situation arise


Support runoff department


Make test Cuts / Demos


Responsible for regular inspection and Upkeep of assigned machined in Technical center and Turnkey showroom


Responsible for training and trouble shooting and improving processes for customers when assigned.


Responsible for proper care of equipment, tooling and gages


Responsible for coaching and training new colleagues


Guide technicians in achieving tasks assigned.




Position Specification


Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering courses


Experience: 3 to 5 Years of engineering experience Handling CNC Machines, Turnkey solutions and project management.
Work experience in similar industry.
