工作职责
·向公司用户提供技术支持和帮助,保证各类IT需求按时处理。
·对终端客户提供桌面支持,对现有各种版本的Windows,Office及各类应用软禁进行维护。
·部署或安装各种计算机硬件,软件和外设,包括安装应用软件和镜像安装管理。
·制定并实施计划,对PC和服务器进行日常升级和预防性维护,必要时进行服务器管理。
·日常网络维护,包括LAN,WAN,VPN和PBX,主动并及时地解决网络故障。
·必要时和全球IT团队沟通,快速解决各类IT问题。
职位要求
·大学本科相关专业,英语四级以上。
·2年以上企业环境中的IT技术支持经验。
·具备专业和有效的英语和中文沟通技巧。
·对基于Windows的PC,服务器和应用程序有深厚知识和工作经验。
·了解网络技术的基本知识,并有实际操作经验。
·具有主动独立的工作态度,对新技术有好奇心。
Responsibilities
·Provide technical support and assistance to all company computer system users, ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner.
·Provide end-user desktop support for current supported versions of Windows, MS Office and other applications.
·Build and setup all desktops, laptops, and peripherals in local and remote locations, including loading of applicable software and images as required.
·Schedule and perform routine upgrades and preventative maintenance on PC and Server equipment. Provide additional Server support when requested.
·Perform routine maintenance of network environment, LAN, WAN, VPN, PBX. Resolve network issues timely and proactively.
·Communicate with global IT teams to resolve reported issues.
Requirements
·2+ years experience supporting users in a Corporate Environment
·Professional and effective English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills
·Deep knowledge and experience with Windows-based workstations/servers/applications
·Good understanding of basic concepts of network topology, with hand on experience.
·Must be self motivated and work with limited supervision,keen to new technology.
