BU Description
IBM CDL(China Development Lab) GPS (Global Process Services) Asset team is part of GPS Asset Lab WW organizations. The objective of GPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The CDL GPS team was established in Feb, 2006 and have successfully delivered about 20+ solutions for WW customers. Besides, CDL GPS Asset team is also promoting testing services (consultancy, managed test services) to global accounts, talent can got great opportunity here in developing their career in testing and quality assurance area.
In GPS team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model
- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different IBM products or 3rd party products(SAP) working together to implement customers' requirements
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Have basic knowledge in Software Engineering, familiar with software development lifecycle, experience in quality assurance area (Test, QA) is a plus.
Familiar with at least 1 programming language or 1 scripting language.
Familiar with middleware e.g. database.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Creative in resolving problems with novel ideas and resolutions.
Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive an issue or event to close
Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Experience with agile development is a plus
Familiar with IBM middleware is a plus
Excellent results in university is a plus
Any awards got from university is a plus
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
- Degree: MS degree, major in CS or equivalent
- English: Fluent
