职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics. MBA is desirable
2. Track record of successful China operation management experience, evidencing increasing levels of leadership and managerial responsibilities with a minimum of 10 years manufacturing/operations experience and at least 5 years in a senior management role within multi-national companies in China.
3. Prior experience within the same industry or in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
4. Practical lean manufacturing experience and advanced quality systems are a must.
5. Prior experience in the start up of a business in China is an added bonus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.


职位沟通要点：
1. Manage the manufacturing organization with the objective of maximizing productivity, quality and safety.
2. Develop the annual manufacturing plan and objectives to meet and support company goals. Direct and monitor departments to accomplish goals set out in the manufacturing plan.
3. Develop key metrics to monitor and document progress against targets. Establish targets for improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery.
4. Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
5. Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and problem solve. Guide the organization in maintaining and improving its cost savings, competitive positions, productivity and profitability
6. Prepare monthly operations reports including delivery performance, labour efficiency, and material variance, expense vs. budget, freight scrap and yield.
7. Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts as directed by the Managing Director.
8. Ensure compliance with all current federal, state and local regulation.
9. Annual capital plan.
