职位描述

岗位职责

· Works as a member of the Management within the Lifestyle Division

· Has reporting to him Team leaders / Team members

· Works to agreed headcount and cost budget

· Acts as a role model in terms of leadership and code of business conduct

· Manage Chinese hardware qualification team for Amplifier, Speaker test , providing direction, leadership and motivation

· Manage Software qualification team for Amplifier test providing direction, leadership and motivation

· Leading a team with local and partial global distribution

· Ensuring equal treatment of employees within the scope of corporate policies and practices

· Coordination of internal and external Quality requirements and responsible to ensure the Product quality

· Responsible for the improvement and development of the Quality processes

· particular focus on the following staff development:



· Setting objectives, measuring performance, conducting appraisals

· Develop Engineers and Team leaders through coaching and counseling

岗位要求

Demonstrated self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced global lifestyle design & manufacturing environments.



Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in English.



Expert knowledge development and manufacturing processes, tools and materials for automotive products.



Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive OEM product design and development process including DFMEA / V-Model development, ISO etc..



Demonstrated ability to manage the activities of a team of engineers in order to meet timing, quality and costs requirements.



Detail oriented. Demonstrates the ability to transition from theoretical to implementation based thinking. Strong analytical skills

Minimum 5 years related experience in leading a team of development and test engineers.



Labview programming and test experience



Familiar with environmental, electrical, EMC, mechanical, amplifier/ speaker test spec from major OEM



Failure analysis methodology 8D/A3



Experience in development of electronic and computer products for automotive systems



Experience desired with Real Time Operating Systems, embedded programming skills (preferable C/C++)



Experience with automotive interface technologies as CAN, Most, Flex ray, Lin etc

Experience in HW Qualification – Methods, terminology, requirements

High degree of initiative, responsibility, flexibility and Motivation

Good familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MSProject)
